A KPO organization, the line of business required optimizing on number of desks to be accommodated. The workspace had to be planned in a way that could break the boredom of working in high-density environment. So, the space was opened up and heights were maximized by carefully planning all services in suspended ceilings. Interior had subtle colour palette, with bright accents. Circulation spaces were well planned with adequate widths/length. Areas like entrance foyer, meeting spaces and cafeteria were spacious, and having the right balance of mood and task lighting. All employees working in given workspace felt sense of belonging similar to working from home and yet within office.
